With grapes picked early in the season, our winemakers cold-fermented this wine in stainless steel tanks to yield this bright and refreshing Pinot Grigio. Asian pear, honeydew melon and quince burst from the glass, while the crisp entry has a zing of lemon zest, followed by notes of honey and orange blossom.
